How do I change my shipping address?Updated 5 months ago

Once an order has been shipped or sent to the carrier for shipping, the address cannot be changed.  We can attempt to reroute your package to a different shipping address if that address is in the same state. There is a $20 carrier reroute fee to ship to an alternative address. 

If your order has not been processed, please contact customer service at [email protected] with your email address and order number.

Please note if FedEx is attempting their third delivery attempt, we are not able to reroute your package(s).
